Meet Kelly

Hello! Thank you so much for being here and for being interested in getting to know me better. I offer individual therapy as well as three highly effective, structured trauma treatments: EMDR, Prolonged Exposure Therapy, and Trauma-Informed Yoga. I also offer integrative life coaching to help you set goals to be able to access your inherent power to heal.

I believe that trauma is both mind and body-based. Treating trauma requires a unique holistic approach, which I believe I have built after years of working with survivors. In our work, I will incorporate somatic healing, parts work, and insight-oriented understanding. I consider having a connected relationship with your body where you feel safe from the inside out to be of the utmost importance. Let's work together so that you can gift yourself healing trauma treatment that empowers you to put yourself first.

Sometimes it may feel like you'll never get back to being the person you used to be. You might blame yourself or have negative expectations about yourself or the world. With this, the relationship and worth you placed in yourself can get lost. I take pride in your trust and together we will:

  • explore your past and gain insight into how trauma shows up in your daily life

  • learn necessary skills and solutions to feel safe and secure

  • unlearn patterns of mistrust, hypervigilance, and negativity that no longer serve you

  • empower you to regain confidence, self-worth, and the ability to put yourself first

I understand firsthand that starting therapy can be scary, especially with everything else that you may be going through, but I am here to take the plunge with you when you're ready.

Feel free to book a free 15 minute consult with me to learn more about how we can work together towards your goals.
